Tin Sparrow Events is a concierge style, full service event planning company that is locally owned & operated in beautiful Richland Washington. At Tin Sparrow we work to fit any budget level & investment. We offer event planning & coordination for weddings, parties and events of all types, shapes and sizes. Our services are ideal for couples who just need guidance when it comes to planning their wedding and expands to professional couples who want their dream day but don't have the time to look after every detail. Our scope also expands from corporate events to intimate gatherings, and from anniversaries all the way to simple birthday celebrations. Our individualized packages & available services ease the difficulty of event planning situations, taking the pressure off potentially overwhelmed clients before their special event.

Terms & Conditions
Tin Sparrow and its representatives understand that our role will be that of Professional Consultant and/or Coordinator as needed to Facilitate your Event.
You will make the actual selections of service providers and Tin Sparrow and its representatives will implement those selections.
You will make payments directly to the service providers/vendors and not to Tin Sparrow or any of its representatives.
Tin Sparrow does not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.
If litigation occurs for any reason, it occurs within the jurisdiction where Tin Sparrows office are located (Benton County, WA) and you the client will be required to reimburse Tin Sparrow Events LLC for any & all attorney fees, any incurred legal fees and/or court costs.
It is your responsibility to provide Tin Sparrow with contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all service providers involved in the Event no later than 60 days prior to the Event or upon the signing of Letter of Service Agreement/Service Contract.
It is also your responsibility to notify Tin Sparrow of any changes in a timely manner.
Tin Sparrow and any of its representatives shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your selected service providers.
Tin Sparrow and its representatives will use their professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, nonperformance, unacceptable appearance, unprofessional-ism etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.
In the event a venue coordinator is on site Tin Sparrow and representatives will work with you and the coordinator as needed or per our agreed upon instructions. If however any changes are made, issue occurs or the venue coordinator, guests, family members or vendors makes changes to any portion of the Event, Tin Sparrow and all onsite representatives of our company will not be held liable or legally responsible unless you have given expressed permission for the changes.
Any and all agreements will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by you the client. You will receive a closing letter of service following the execution of your Event at which time Tin Sparrow Events is under the expressed understanding that Tins Sparrow Events LLC has completed the contract to its fullest extent and will be no longer obligated to preform further services regarding for your Event.
In the event you the client(s) is forced to change the date of the Event, every effort will be made by Tin Sparrow to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and support to the new date. The Client(s) agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are their sole responsibility. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original contract. The Client(s) further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that Tin Sparrow and its representatives are not responsible for these compromises in quality.
If the Client(s) changes the date/location of the Event and Tin Sparrow and/or its representatives are unavailable to provide services, then Tin Sparrow is released from all contract obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. The Client(s) also forfeits all costs for non-compliance with this agreement. Payment in full upon which the agreement is signed maybe required and this decision is solely up to the discretion of Tin Sparrow management.
Tin Sparrow will always do its best to find the top suppliers wherever the event location is, but we cannot be held responsible for any supplier/service provider’s performance or product.
Should Tin Sparrow and any of its representatives be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of an Event, due to debilitating illness or hospitalization, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute replacement Event Planner.
The Client(s) acknowledge their responsible to pay Tin Sparrow as per the agreed upon Service Agreements Fee’s & Payments Schedule. In the event payment hasn’t been received within two weeks of being invoiced, then Tin Sparrow reserves the right to cancel the contract and your Event date & time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action. A late fee of 10% will be applied monthly to the amount due, if after 3 months the balance remains unpaid collection proceedings will being.
Any items needed for the Event must be purchased by the Client(s) in advance unless this is a service that is being requested and is included in the Description of Service within your Service Agreement/Contract or is a service added thru a mutually signed Service Addendum. Tin Sparrow is more than happy to do the required shopping, but payment for items to be purchased will be due before any buying, ordering or acquiring occurs; unless these amounts are agreed up in writing and properly added to Tin Sparrow’s fees and invoiced.
In the event of any supplier/service provider’s cancellation, Tin Sparrow may substitute a new supplier/service provider with or without advance notice to the Client(s) at its discretion and any additional costs is to be paid by the Client. Every effort will be taken on the part of Tin Sparrow to notify the Client(s) of any changes or cancelations that occur, but Tin Sparrow will not be held liable or legally responsible if such an issue occurs.
The Client(s) gives permission and shall allow Tin Sparrow to use any photograph of them and the Event for viewing on our website for promotional purposes only. The photographer’s name/website will be promoted underneath the photos (if applicable).
Tin Sparrow and its representatives give permission and shall allow the Client(s) to use any photographs/videos in which they appear. This agreement can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by mutual acknowledgment of both parties.
Once again any agreement between Tin Sparrow Events LLC and you the Client(s) can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by the acknowledgment of both parties. Additional Services that are requested 10 prior to the Event will be agreed upon in writing via a Service Agreement Addendum that will be treated as a legally binding addition to this contract. Any services that are added following receipt of your final payment and/or any time following the 10 day time limit of your Event will require payment in full at the time of their addition and agreement in writing will not be required however terms in writing may be requested by Tin Sparrow Events LLC at any time.
Any changes made to the Original Letter of Agreement must be made in writing and signed by all undersigning parties within the Service Contract.
You may cancel your agreement at anytime, in writing, for any reason.
Please note that you will be paying a Non-Refundable Retainer for booking Tin Sparrows services, cancellation to this agreement does not supersede this portion of the Service Agreement and this Non-Refundable Retainer and the agreed upon amount will not be returned except under the discretion of Tin Sparrow management upon verified validity for your cancellation.
If the Event is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of Tin Sparrow.
You must cancel the agreement no less than 30 days before the scheduled event – except for the death of a member of your immediate family – there will be no refund given due to cancellations following the 30 day marker. If the Event is not canceled within this time period, there will be no refunds applied except under the discretion of Tin Sparrow Events management.
Tin Sparrow Events is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Tin Sparrow Events may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective beginning October 2012.

Terms & Conditions on Submission Forms
Any additional services that are added following your Original Contract Service Agreement will be quoted and a Contract Addendum will be generated. Any additional services added following your final required payment and/or 10 days prior to event date will be paid for at the time the service is requested/added. You will receive a closing invoice for services that have been rendered & any additional charges will be applied. A credit card is required to be kept on record and will be charged any remaining balance that you carry with Tin Sparrow Events LLC unless another payment arrangement has been made. By submitting a completed form you are stating that you understand these terms and that any questions that you have regarding this provision have been explained to you in full.
An Additional Tin Sparrow Events On-site manager is required for every 100 guests and is added at a rate of $180 for 8hours. This addition is based on the discretion of Tin Sparrow Events and you will be notified prior to signing your Contract Service Agreement if Tin Sparrow Events requires additional managers on-site the day of your event. Tin Sparrow Events is a husband and wife owned business, any additional managers needed past the 2 owners will be hired at Tin Sparrow Events discussion and you the client will be required to pay them directly. By submitting a completed form you are stating that you understand these terms and that any questions that you have regarding this provision have been explained to you in full.
Hansen/Connors Clause - Tin Sparrow Events LLC requires a Credit Card to be held on record. This Credit Card will not be charged unless additional services as added within 10 days of your Event/following your final contract/invoice payment. - You will be invoiced (via a Final Service Invoice) following your event thus you will be made aware of the invoiced amount prior to your Credit Card being charged. You will be given 30 days to present Tin Sparrow Events with an acceptable payment arrangement or your Credit Card will be charged based on these listed terms.
