We had the opportunity to work with GariAnn and the Tin Sparrow team for over the past 3 years. You heard that right…. 3 years. Covid and restrictions impacted our wedding and we ultimately had to reschedule. Then more unexpected news and venue hiccups set us back to square one again. There were so many obstacles that we had to face and GariAnn made them seem manageable even when we felt like the world was crashing down. In a conversation full of tears, she looks at us and says, "I will carry you up to the top of Mt Rainer, and carry an oxygen tank also, if you want. I will carry a backpack full of sand if you want a beach wedding. I will build you a venue if you need me to. I will stop traffic for you and marry you on a highway”. That’s just who she is.

We could not have survived the last three years without her love and support. She was an ally and made us feel so welcomed and loved. She fought for us, laughed with us, cried with us, and eventually married us (yes, she was our last minute elopement officiant after the two reschedules and a venue change). GariAnn has truly experienced everything and we have first hand knowledge that no matter what happens, you will have the event of your dreams. She turned our attitudes around and planned us a beautiful elopement in just ten days. A year later when we were FINALLY able to have our friends and family celebration, she made it the most amazing, fulfilled event ever.

01. SO WHY EXACTLY DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER - EVENT COORDINATOR OR EVENT DEsIGNER?

Well of course we can! Ultimately it is always best to have an additional set of professional eyes to review the details that you have been working so closely on; they are stepping in fresh and new. As professional planners it is our job to find those little details that you might have missed, gaps or holes in areas of the wedding you have overlooked or to come up with options that you many not have realized. Think back-up plans for your backup plans if something does happen to go wrong.

02. I have planned almost all of my wedding - i just need someone to over look the details. Can you help? 

Nope!! We believe in what we refer to as “clean referrals” here at Tin Sparrow Events. Ethically we do not think that it is right nor appropriate as a company to accept an extra cut + it does not do justice to our industry or to our kick-ass clients. We collectively as a company will never take money for referring and additionally we will not associate with or refer any vendors that do. We know that by sending you to the best + most reputable vendors you are guaranteed to have a flawless event!

Every vendor that we recommend is a full licensed professional + personal member of our vendor family that we have worked with (more than once) and whom we adore and believe in! Be a smart cookie - rock some pre vendor meeting research. Your big day is important, the quality of it is key and lets be straight up you work hard for your money!
