GariAnn started this beautiful brainchild, and has over 12 years of Event Planning & Coordination under her belt. Adventure, curiosity, and rad couples are her JAM. She is married to Mr. Tin Sparrow, who is the creator of all things incredible from custom arches to all the woodworking projects that she dreams up for our clients. You can find her outdoors in nature, with her Aussie puppies or let’s be honest in the shop working away because she loves her job! She is a mom to three wonderful boys and together they make the unstoppable Hedquist 5!

You will often find me in my natural habitat surrounded by just a few of my favorite things doing what I absolutely love.

01. SO WHY EXACTLY DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER - EVENT COORDINATOR OR EVENT DESIGNER?

Well of course we can! Ultimately it is always best to have an additional set of professional eyes to review the details that you have been working so closely on; they are stepping in fresh and new. As professional planners it is our job to find those little details that you might have missed, gaps or holes in areas of the wedding you have overlooked or to come up with options that you many not have realized. Think back-up plans for your backup plans if something does happen to go wrong.

02. I have planned almost all of my wedding - i just need someone to over look the details. Can you help? 

Nope!! We believe in what we refer to as “clean referrals” here at Tin Sparrow Events. Ethically we do not think that it is right nor appropriate as a company to accept an extra cut + it does not do justice to our industry or to our kick-ass clients. We collectively as a company will never take money for referring and additionally we will not associate with or refer any vendors that do. We know that by sending you to the best + most reputable vendors you are guaranteed to have a flawless event!

Every vendor that we recommend is a full licensed professional + personal member of our vendor family that we have worked with (more than once) and whom we adore and believe in! Be a smart cookie - rock some pre vendor meeting research. Your big day is important, the quality of it is key and lets be straight up you work hard for your money!
